Lovely handblown art glass globe paperweight

 This item is a collectible glass paperweight, could be a Selkirk Glass or Caithness Glass 

Design: Features a central green fountain form on a dark blue base with  light blue rings with bubbles in front.

It has a few tiny marks,see photo detail. Not chipped, it's smooth.
