"Between the kangaroo paws" a joey's safe haven"

In the stillness of the Australian bush, a kangaroo and her joey bask in the serenity of their Kangaroo paw-fect haven.

This stained glass suncatcher series is inspired by my love for Australian flora and fauna. I hope to bring joy and appreciation for the beauty of our unique creatures and the magic of light into your home.

The Kangaroo, one of Australia's most beloved animals. My heart still skips a beat when I see a kangaroo hopping through the landscape, the excitement of seeing them and the realisation that I am able to live my life here surrounded by them never fails to give me happiness. 

Of course I had to add a little Joey in the pouch, so much cuteness and joy for these funny little ones that always make people laugh. 

And what better flower to place around a kangaroo than the Kangaroo paws. 

The kangaroo and flowers are created with opaque glass that glows beautifully in the sunshine and is framed with a background of transparent soft pink glass.
